Why we started Work Defence NZ
Work Defence NZ began from a clear need: to support everyday New Zealanders overwhelmed by employment issues. Many employees often don't know their rights, feel unsure how to communicate with their employer, or find expensive legal advice out of reach when workplace problems arise. We aim to bridge that gap, offering accessible and effective advocacy.
